I'm Alexandra — and I
love what I do ,,,Most of the time !
Vantage Bureau is built on one thing — being the person in your corner who genuinely gets it done, and genuinely cares about the outcome.
I started working at 14 and I've never stopped. Every environment I've worked in has taught me something — and I bring all of it to my clients.
I grew up in the East Midlands and built my work ethic from a young age — taking on jobs, learning quickly, and never waiting to be told what to do. That foundation shapes everything about how I work today.
I went on to graduate from GBSB Global Business School of Barcelona — one of Europe's most internationally minded business schools. The timing coincided with Covid, which meant I was studying and working simultaneously, developing real-world skills at the same time as my academic ones. There was no option to switch off. You adapt, you deliver, and you keep moving.
I'm also dyslexic — and I wear that proudly. It's something I share with some of the greatest business minds in the world; Richard Branson among them. Dyslexia means I think differently, see patterns others miss, and approach problems from angles that wouldn't occur to everyone. In a role that demands creativity, adaptability, and sharp thinking — I'd argue it's a genuine advantage.
I built Vantage Bureau to create something genuinely different — a PA service where the person supporting your business actually understands it. I work with a small number of clients, take full ownership of everything I touch, and care about the outcome as much as you do.
GBSB Global Business School of Barcelona
GBSB is one of Europe's most internationally recognised business schools, known for producing graduates with a genuinely global mindset. Studying there gave me a strong commercial foundation — strategy, operations, communications, and business management, all applied to real-world contexts.
Graduating during Covid meant I was working and studying at the same time — which, in hindsight, was exactly the right preparation for running a business like Vantage Bureau.
That combination of academic rigour and real professional pressure is exactly what shaped how I work with clients today.
Graduating from GBSB Global Business School, Barcelona.
A career built on breadth and depth.
Work Ethic From Day One
Growing up in the East Midlands, I started working at 14 and haven't stopped since. That foundation instilled something you can't teach — a genuine drive to do things properly, real adaptability, and the ability to hit the ground running in any environment.
Tudor, Gucci & Brand Ambassadorship
Working closely with world-class brands like Tudor and Gucci — including brand ambassador roles — taught me how to read a room, understand what high-net-worth clients need, and deliver an experience that feels effortless. Discretion, attention, and genuine care are everything.
Inside the Trading World
I have genuine connections with some of the sharpest minds in forex and algorithmic trading. Working within this world gives me a real understanding of the pace, the language, and the sensitivity of investor relationships — with growing knowledge of EURUSD, XAUUSD, and beyond.
Ahead of the Curve
My close involvement with leading AI practitioners gives me an exceptional edge. I don't just use AI — I actively build with it, integrating automation and intelligent workflows into real business operations so clients get cutting-edge efficiency without having to understand any of it themselves.
The values behind everything I do.
Discretion
I handle sensitive information across all areas of your business and personal life. Confidentiality is the foundation, not a feature.
Ownership
I don't just complete tasks — I take responsibility for outcomes. If something needs doing, I find a way to get it done properly.
Attention to Detail
The difference between good admin and great admin is in the details. I notice things other people miss, and I care enough to fix them.
Genuine Care
Your business matters to me. I want you to succeed, and I bring that energy to everything I do — not because I have to, but because I genuinely want to.
There's more to me than the work.
I think it's important you know who you're working with — not just what they do. Here's a little of what makes me, me.
Scuba Diving
I go diving with my dad — it's one of our things. There's something about being completely underwater that forces you to be present. No emails, no notifications, no to-do lists. Just focus. The best reset I know, and the time with my dad makes it even better.
Reading
I read a lot — mostly non-fiction, anything that helps me understand how people and systems actually work. My current favourite is The Idiot Brain by Dean Burnett, which explores the brilliantly bizarre ways our brains make decisions.
It's a good reminder that understanding people — really understanding them — is one of the most valuable things you can do. In business, in relationships, and in life.

I'd love to have a conversation. No commitment, no pressure — just a proper chat about what you need and whether I can help.
